1. Stand bracket is made of high quality carbon steel plate by cold drawing, which can increase the strength and toughness of the material, improve the mechanical properties of the material, and enhance the stability of the structure. Due to the diversity of stand sizes, the size of the chase is determined by the size of the actual site. Generally, the stand layer is 800mm ~ 850mm wide and the layer height is 300mm ~ 3500mm.

The stand is completely covered, especially the two sides are covered with 3mm thick steel plate, the surface connection and painting are completely smooth, and the final effect surface is a whole.

The back of the stand is arranged with honeycomb aluminum plate, and the bottom counter plate is used. The finished aluminum plate retains the same effect of "mirror" polishing.

2. Trolley and bearing wheel: the trolley includes a 100 × 50 × 2.5 column, 130 × 50 × 2.5 foot, and is equipped with an anti bending system with anti friction bearing components. The bearing wheel adopts wide wheel, and the big foot bottom wheel adopts high-strength polyurethane, which has enough bearing strength and proper elasticity. The inner layer adopts double ball bearing, the middle is nylon layer, and then is covered with high toughness and wear-resistant polyurethane layer, which can bear heavy load, rotate flexibly, rub little, and do not damage the wood floor. Moreover, the wheel distribution of the grandstand is multi row, each row is stagger type, which can reduce the grandstand The stress on the wood floor can prolong the service life of the wood floor.

3. Load bearing girder: the size of the load-bearing girder is 50 × 40 × 2.5 and 100 × 50 × 2.5, which is installed at the maximum center distance of about 70cm and welded between the main beam and the auxiliary beam. The cold-rolled steel plate with enough bearing capacity is used, and then sprayed with plastic after flanging, so that it has good corrosion resistance and smooth external surface. The size of the auxiliary beam is 50 × 35 × 2, which is used as the end element of all the wooden support arms and the walking surface. The support arm between the supporting frames shall be used for the main beam to eliminate sliding friction and lubricate the drum and nails through the action of the mechanical surface.

4. Tighten the sling: the system is anchored on the base of the trolley column through diagonal support, close to the center of the rear beam, and each row of diagonal support is arranged in double, which is composed of 40 × 25 × 2.5mm closed part. The horizontal element size at the bottom is opposite to the diagonal support, connecting the pillar and the bottom of the trolley, and fixed on the top of the support.

5. The keel of the movable step adopts high-quality carbon steel profiles welded as the support, and each layer is equipped with a box-shaped step and a number plate. The surface layer is wrapped with 18mm high-strength veneer laminate (17mm laminate + 1mm trimeric hydrogen ammonia plate) aluminum alloy decorative profile, so that the pedal has both high-strength and beautiful external surface, and the surface has fire protection function, which can bear open fire such as cigarette butts. The surface layer is fixed with the stand auxiliary support by rivets to ensure the high strength and structural stability of the movable steps.

6. The stand top of decorative profile is wrapped with special aluminum titanium alloy, with special anti-skid lines, to increase the strength of profile and prevent the audience from slipping when walking. The surface layer is covered with 18mm high-strength veneer laminate (17mm laminate + 1mm trimeric hydrogen ammonia plate) aluminum alloy decorative profile, and the front edge of stand bedstead is made of special aluminum titanium alloy profile to increase the bearing strength. At the same time, the front edge is inlaid with anti-skid and wear-resistant rubber and plastic strip, so that it will not fall off, and has the function of protecting the aluminum titanium alloy strip and preventing the audience from slipping, which is beautiful and practical.

7. The synchronous mechanism is composed of double-layer guide bearing and side roller to ensure that the stand moves in a balanced straight line during expansion and contraction and reduce the friction of the stand. Through the self-locking mechanism, the surface layer of the stand can be expanded and synchronized in turn.

8. Handrails and railings are made of steel (matte), and the front and side railings are fixed, that is, the movable stand does not need to be inserted or pulled in the expansion process, which is an integral connection. The top of guardrail bearing horizontal force is 65kg / M; the middle of guardrail is 135kg / m.

9. The seats are upholstered with flap seats, and the stand seats are turned in a row. The seat and back of the chair are partially covered with upholstery material, which is made of high rebound solid sponge and covered with wear-resistant flame-retardant linen. Each seat has a distinct seat number. The overall design of the seat is designed according to the principle of ergonomics, and it has the advantages of beauty, comfort, safety, durability, easy installation, maintenance and management.

10. The seat elastic mechanism is made of high-quality carbon steel plate for stamping and welding, and the mechanism is ensured by spring movement. The movement is safe and reliable, which makes the whole row of stand seats turn up and down light, flexible and labor-saving, so as to reduce the work intensity of operators. The seat can be turned over and put in two forms: pedal drive or electric overall turn over and put. The tilting device has gravity balance, which makes the seat easy to turn over, the foot device not exposed, and the pedestrian walking unobstructed.
